This yoga emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind. As we ride the waves of breath in our Yoga practice, we learn to ride the waves of change in our lives with more ease. This class moves from pose to pose with each held for no more than five to eight breaths. Expect a fully balanced class of forward bending, twists, backbends with opportunity for inversions. All levels are welcome to join this vigorous practice in finding one's state of flow!
This class is designed for those who need to deeply relax and restore both body and mind. Laying down in a comfortable position (mat, bed, or couch), participants will be guided through a series of meditations and visualizations. You’ll leave powerfully restored and refreshed. All levels are welcome. Appropriate for those with limited mobility.
Yoga Nidra is the practice and art of Yogic Sleep. In this class you will be guided through a detailed sleep meditation that will allow your mind and body to slip into a deep state of relaxation. The brain will switch from beta to alpha waves, signaling the transition from activity to meditation. Receive deep rest and restoration in this extremely healing practice that is done entirely lying down.

This class is geared specifically for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. ... No experience or flexibility required.
This is a gentle and relaxing all-level class that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine and is suitable to all levels of students through extended holds of postures. This is a great class for beginners or advanced students looking for a restful class that focuses on restoring flexibility and/or working deeply into joints and tissues that are “locked up” from past injuries or from repetitive motion.

Mantras are specific words, phrases or sounds that connect you to deeper aspects of your consciousness where you can systematically enter quieter levels of the mind to reach your natural unworried and alert state. Mantra meditation requires no contemplation and no monitoring of your thoughts.
This unique yoga class offers both Vinyasa and Restorative elements.
Class is an all-levels flow connecting breath with movement, allowing the body and muscles to warm up.
Mixed with restorative poses with props to support and shift to a yin style class.
Start your morning by moving your body and centering your mind. Each class will begin with a short breathing exercise, followed by a 10 minute gentle yoga-inpsired practice to wake up and stretch the body. We will close with a 20 minute meditation to help you feel grounded as you move in to your day. No experience necessary, all levels welcome!

Your heart rate will rise as you move your body with a focus on linking breath with movement in this 60 min minute power yoga sequence. Power yoga is a more fast-paced Vinyasa practice that will help build heat internally and strengthen muscles by providing a full body workout covering the core, arms, back, and legs. Add this class to your weekly yoga workout routine to lengthen muscles and to improve balance. Utilize the breaths to take deeper stretches for better flexibility and stamina. This power yoga fire class is best practiced barefoot and with a mat. 15 min cool down and resting pose (savasana)

For an ‘all-round’ balanced practice, this a great place to start.This yoga class is usually a slower-paced practice where poses (asana) are held for a few breaths. Class will often include breathing techniques and meditation as well as asana.This is a great place to start if you are new to yoga or if you want to deepen your practice because you get the time and space to become familiar with yoga poses. This style can still be challenging too!
